Our team is based in Northern Sri Lanka, with operations support in Colombo. We work remotely for clients across the world.
How do you handle time zones?
We plan shifts so that part of every working day overlaps with yours. For Australia this is almost a full day; for the UK and North America we agree overlap hours that suit you.
How quickly can we start?
Most pilots start within two to three weeks of the discovery call, once scope, access and processes are agreed.
What does the 30-day pilot involve?
We take on an agreed set of tasks, document the processes, and report weekly on turnaround and accuracy. At the end you decide whether to continue, change scope or stop.
How do you keep our data safe?
